In this unusual tragicomedy George, a supreme court justice, loves spending his spare time quietly with his much younger, attractive wife Nathalie in their comfortable holiday house on a secluded but relatively large island, only reachable by boat, where they can be alone except for Lance, the retarded caretaker on another side who has the hots for her. Their fun is over when Kent, her lush ex-lover, suddenly turns up unannounced while she’s alone there and is found by horrified George dead and naked. They have a hard time trying to dispose of the body, as he cannot possibly risk a scandal, and Kent’s drift-off rowing-boat even brings a policeman over, and it only gets worse as suspicion rears its ugly head till they wreck their lives…
