It’s finally here! Today is the day! At last! Okay, I think that is enough. But I’m so excited over the fact that My Sister’s Keeper is released in cinemas today (for US, UK, Canada and Mexico residents, that is)! I can’t wait to see this film, especially to watch Cameron Diaz as the mother Sara. Be sure to go out and see it at your local theater and then let us know what you thought!

My Sister’s Keeper currently holds a respectful 67% fresh on RottenTomatoes.com. Read what some of the critics have said about Cameron’s performance below.

“Diaz gives one of the best performances of her career as the ‘villain’ of the piece, an uncompromising fighter.”
Orlando Sentinel

“Cameron Diaz goes against type in a beautifully executed dramatic role, which changes her game and probably will change her career.”
Monsters and Critics

“Nothing Cameron Diaz and Jason Patric have ever done prepared me for their emotionally charged performances as the parents of three children coping with death in diverse ways.”
The Observer

“Cameron Diaz, as the devoted mother Sara, does a fine job in what is her most successful dramatic role to date.”
